Rare Womble99 Posted January 2, 2019 #1 Share Posted January 2, 2019 How many emails do you normally get for moveover offers from Princess? I have received 5 so far throughout the day asking us to downgrade our room on the Golden. A bit excessive or just normal?

Rare Womble99 Posted January 2, 2019 Author #3 Share Posted January 2, 2019 7-25 Jan ADL to NZ return Nothing in the offer to tempt us away, I am sure they will find some that will take up an interior or an oceanview for a 100% fare refund as refundable OBC and a specialty restaurant dinner. But to drop a suite for that I think we will stay where we are.
sailco Posted January 2, 2019 #4 Share Posted January 2, 2019 No, doubt they'll get anyone to swap a suite for an interior!
Rare Womble99 Posted January 2, 2019 Author #5 Share Posted January 2, 2019 Well they did spice it up a bit and add the option of an oceanview 😏
The_Big_M Posted January 2, 2019 #6 Share Posted January 2, 2019 Not so many suites so if they need to pull people out, it's not surprising it takes longer i.e. needs more goes. That said, a free cruise is a free cruise...

You putting your hand up to take our 11 year old for 18 days in an interior? If they want us to give up the space and perks of a suite and spend 18 days in an interior cabin with a family of 3 it will take more than a free cruise............ The_Big_M Posted January 2, 2019 #8 Share Posted January 2, 2019 Have done 3 in an inside... have actually done 4 in an inside...
GUT2407 Posted January 2, 2019 #9 Share Posted January 2, 2019 Never had one but might be tempted by a move down offer, doubt I’ll ever take a move over until we both retire (though I doubt that’ll ever happen.)
cruisin-m Posted January 3, 2019 #10 Share Posted January 3, 2019 Suite to an oceanview with 100% back. I’d jump on that in a heartbeat and use the refunded money to book another cruise in a suite 😂 Two cruises for the the price of one 👍🙌👌

Happy to let someone else have the free cruise to save my sanity
