Splendor Mex. Riviera Time Changes

Does anyone know which nights there are time changes on the 7 night cruises? Thanks.

Depends when you’re sailing. I asked a similar question recently as our cruise is during USA DST time changes which do NOT coincide with MX DST time changes on the calendar. (9Mar2019, Splendor).

In my experience there is 1 time change on the way south and 1 on the way north but I am not sure on which exact day it will be. Not sure why you need to know ahead of time?? The captain will announce it and it will be listed in the daily newsletter and the clocks on the ship will all be changed so you will see it. Ship time will not necessarily match the time in local ports like Puerto Vallarta which is on central time.

Is the time on the itinerary on the cruise planner ship time or local time?  I'm wondering about booking an independent excursion and don't want to be rushed.

Ship time. 

 

In PV it’s central time but ship only goes 1 hour ahead so it’s still an hour ahead in PV.    

 

Weve been late to a local local food tour bc we didn’t calculate right.
