I'm not sure if it will change, but this is what I've seen in the info posted here:

Captain's Club Paradise  - Eden 5

Senior Officers Party - The Club 4

Nightly Cocktail Hour - 3 drink coupons loaded onto SeaPass card for each night (there is a CC drink menu) - can use in any bar or lounge except Eden and Magic Carpet bars - 5-7PM

Breakfast (called Coffee Club Lounge) - Tuscan Restaurant 8-10AM

Anyone experienced the Elite cocktail hour on New Edge?

On the January 6 sailing, the Elite cocktail hour was an invisible event in the lounge area in Eden. We did see the CC hostess there a time or two, but the whole room was open to the public. There was no private room or roped off area. No menu of CC drinks on the table, no hors d’oeuvres, no social aspect.

We ordered from servers sometimes or at the bar. We all had the beverage package, but if not, could have ordered “unlimited free drinks” from 5 to 7 p.m. from the “captains Club” drink menu, after presenting the key card. A flyer in the room on embarkation day specified what the free drink menu consisted of.

The free drinks loaded onto sea pass could be used at any bar except Magic Carpet on Jan. 6 sailing. Also could not be used in restaurants, for room service, or minibar.

We didn't go on this cruise (just got off today), but still unlimited drinks during 5-7 from CC list. You could get drinks from every bar/lounge except the MC, restaurants and room service/mini bar as Chris said above. The meet up location was still Eden 5. We didn't join a get together, but watched one from above on 6. There were quite a few people there, not sure how many were CC. At 6 PM the atmosphere changes to Eden at night, with characters wandering through and talking, if anyone wanted to chat with them, a sitar player, different colored lights and a little mist in the air. It was a very pleasant ambiance (though maybe not for everyone), with the best view on the ship (the gorgeous wake).

We did go to the CC Officers' Party and that was packed and very well done. There were around 15 officers there, lovely hors d'œuvres, a band playing and again, the gorgeous view.

Kirsty Sparks, the CC Host called several times to give us updates and reminders throughout the cruise. There is a Captain's Club office, but it is difficult to find. It is on 5 Forward on port side tucked in past the Club.
