Ice bucket

Will your cabin steward deliver ice to you, or is there a place you can get it yourself?  (I actually searched for the word "ice" and had zero results.)  We really liked this on our recent Norwegian cruise.  We had ice twice a day.

they deliver ice twice a day, but you can ask housekeeping to have ice delivered any time . We asked that ice be delivered every afternoon around 4 for cocktails and they were always on time.

The ice bucket in the room is smallish.  Being from AZ we put lots of ice in our drinks.  We asked for and immediately got two buckets and they were filled with the morning service, at 3pm, and the evening turn down.  I also found a pantry with an ice machine but am sworn to secrecy.....😳

Interesting to hear about the ice buckets.  We didn't have one in our DV6 cabin on the last cruise.  I guess we could have asked for one.  Perhaps it is due to the fact that we didn't use any of the beverages left in the frig.

We didn’t have one in our DV6 room, either. I asked our cabin attendant to provide a bucket and fill it each morning and evening. I like to have extra ice to put in a baggie to put on my knee after being out all day. He did forget the first couple days so I left a note and he had our ice bucket filled every day after that.

We didn’t either.  We were not mixing drinks in the room so the need was minimal.  Sure took advantage of the Silver Spirits Beverage Package though.  Janet, did you get a drink or two 😳. That was a good time.

We did have a drink or two.  Didn't want to mention the perk of the SSBP.  Definitely had a good time....loved those lemon drops!  Couldn't have mixed those in the room, which probably a good thing.
