peachgrill Posted January 11, 2019 #1 Share Posted January 11, 2019 Hey everyone, We have paid in full for our cruise leaving Feb 9th. I was able to view our e-docs a couple of days ago. Yesterday I submitted upgrade bid offers on a couple of different stateroom types. When I went to check our e-docs today, it says "The reservation is not yet READY to be retrieved. Try again.. ". Has anyone ever experienced this before? Could this have something to do with the possibility of being upgraded? Thanks! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Thus that noted maybe your upgrade/bid is being considered ? Your reservation is not yet ready for retrieval - try again Wait a while longer and try again - NCL maybe un-re-booting its computer machinery - this usually happens in the wee hours of the night getting the ole site went on vacation or the 404 page 50? page. kblac708 Posted January 11, 2019 #4 Share Posted January 11, 2019 Same for me for two different reservation numbers and we are 80 days out. The site is now asking us to complete our payment, which was paid in full when we booked. We even have a $.01 and a $.02 credit for some reason.
