This is a picture from a couple of months ago. They look like cold water lobster tails - the first picture is a bit dark, but the close up looks like a red shell? I've eaten Maine lobster since I was two, but we never cut the tail in quarters, so hard for me to tell in the pictures! 😉 It does look like the cold water lobster we had in Raw on 5 also on the Edge, but maybe not.
