Edge Dining Venues and Menus - Navigating the Choices

The last time I checked, it was $75 PP - not sure if it is still the same. This is a picture from a couple of months ago. They look like cold water lobster tails - the first picture is a bit dark, but the close up looks like a red shell?

Cold and warm both have red shells when cooked. Without the claws is hard to tell the difference in a picture - warm tend to have black spots on the shell,  but face up is hard to tell.

I've eaten Maine lobster since I was two, but we never cut the tail in quarters, so hard for me to tell in the pictures! 😉  It does look like the cold water lobster we had in Raw on 5 also on the Edge, but maybe not.
