Edge Dining Venues and Menus - Navigating the Choices

The last time I checked, it was $75 PP - not sure if it is still the same. This is a picture from a couple of months ago. They look like cold water lobster tails - the first picture is a bit dark, but the close up looks like a red shell?

Cold and warm both have red shells when cooked. Without the claws is hard to tell the difference in a picture - warm tend to have black spots on the shell,  but face up is hard to tell.

I've eaten Maine lobster since I was two, but we never cut the tail in quarters, so hard for me to tell in the pictures! 😉  It does look like the cold water lobster we had in Raw on 5 also on the Edge, but maybe not.

Hard to tell for sure, but that picture does look like cold water. Might have to check it out next month.

This was part of Imperial Tower at Raw on 5 with cold water lobster.
