Chops Grille Lunch questions

Leaving Friday on the Jewel of the Seas.  We are doing Chops Grille for lunch on the day of embarkation. My question is, can I order every appetizer for lunch instead of a main course?  That way, I can have mushroom soup, shrimp cocktail, beef capaccio, and a lettuce wedge.

 

For those who have done the lunch, what items do you recommend?  Thank you.

Your price includes multiple starters (as many as you like) and one entree.

 

Some ask for an entree sized starter.

Does anyone know if we will be allowed to use our unlimited dining package for a Chops lunch on Brilliance on embarkation day?
