Does anybody know where muster station C on the Elation is, were traveling with my elderly father in law.

As he is elderly,  ask at Guest Service for the Special Needs area for the Muster.   It used to be in the library unless they had too many and it would be moved to the upper level of the Main Dining room.  You can go with him...

To answer your question,  Muster station "C" is in the Romeo and Juliet lounge on Promenade Deck 9. However,  you should follow the above posters advice and go to the special needs muster station. Guest Services will be able to tell you where that  is.
