Soda beverage cards

Can the fountain soda beverage value card ($25 for $50 of gun soda) be purchased aboard, or does it have to be ordered pre-cruise?

 

Are there any other discount soda programs aboard? I remember one cruise (maybe not HAL) where they sold a discounted soda card that included a reuseable Coco Cola cup.

Yes, you can purchase a soda card on board. Or another one if you use up the first.
The Koningsdam has the reusable cup package, but the other ships don't. I have read that it is to be installed on the Nieuw Statendam, but it hasn't been done yet.
