MDR Room Service Experience?

Sailing on Symphony in a few weeks in a Crown Loft Suite. I know that full MDR menus are available from room service in suites.  Can anyone share their experience?  How long did it take to get your order? How was the food? Did you find it just as hot and fresh as in the MDR?

Here is a big tip.  Pre order your dinner for a set time.  e.g. if you want to eat at 6:30 order at 5:00 for delivery at 6:30.  before I did this, it would take sometimes an hour for the food to be delivered and you would have to wait around in the room.  If you preorder, you show up a few minutes before.  Also, on some ships, you can get CK delivered if you are on 17.  May not be the hottest, but either is it when it comes out when you are in the MDR.
