Online TA gives $150 OBC per cabin so how do they actually apply it in that case, do they just send the entire $150 for the cabin only without splitting it or do they actually put $75 to each person's account ........ to buy like some jacket in the ships store which is $30 as a example and I want only $25 charged to my room which means there is still $5 that needs to be paid.  Would they allow another person with their cabin card to pay the $5?

Omitted extraneous verbiage so I will only respond to the 2 questions.

(1) $150 OBC per stateroom is $75pp.

(2) they are going to charge it all to 1 account

(3) YOUR BASIC QUESTION: can NON-REFUNDABLE OBC be transferred to another person? Another poster stated 'yes' which seems logical as they're combining the bill.  Irrelevant if REFUNDABLE OBC bc they'll cash out onboard if under $25 or mail you a check if over $25

You stated this is only your 2nd cruise.... $75 goes fast onboard IMHO

Actually, I am not talking about it being transferred as I already know that is possible from the comments earlier.  As stated earlier, you know we have 2 cabins with 4 persons which would be 1A, 1B, 2A, 2B.  Maybe to make it in a easier way to understand, let's say there was another person #5 who we will call 5A who has their own cabin on their own credit card and account who is not one of the 4 persons that wanted to buy something for $30 from one of the shops on the ship, can they say they want to only charge $25 to their room card and then I pay the remaining $5 with my room card.  Hope that clarifies my question better.  So at this point, assuming what I mention would work.  It's actually 2 main accounts as master account #1 would be the one for 1A, 1B, 2A, 2B and the 5A is on their own account that has nothing to do with the other accounts as 5A could just be someone we knew on the ship.

$75 could go fast or slow or even not at all as it really depends on the individual.  Since I have already paid for all 4 person's unlimited internet, pre-paid excursions, unlimited soda package, they don't drink alcohol or coffee and even have purchased OBC's to cover two main dishes at each of the special restaurants for each person along and even the Ultimate Balcony Dinner is already paid for, the only place we would even spend money is really at the shops and probably the casino but that all depends on if there is something any of us wants to buy or not.  And we won't be sitting in the casino all the time, since that would defeat the purpose of cruising and enjoying the other benefits of cruising.

You cannot have it your way. They will post the purchase to only 1 account as I stated in (2)

Thanks for clarifying.  I thought it was pretty standard in this day and age to have split tender/payments as there was another cruiser on another forum who went to Crown Grill on another Princess ship with a table of 6 and they were able to pay with 6 different cabin cards with one cover charge on each cabin card so one would think that they would have the same POS system.

Hopefully we will get the $150 OBC credit as promised from the Online TA when we board the ship.

We always cruise through a TA which gives us onboard credit.  Also we usually get onboard credit from Princess and I get my military credit.  The credit from the TA and from Princes since it is per person will go on each individual account and the military will go on mine.

Each purchase is shown on whichever account purchased it and no, if I spend more then what I have in onboard credit my account will show that I owe the difference, my wife's account will show a credit if she has not spent her onboard credit.  When the 2 accounts are merged at the end of the cruise, her credit will offset my debit and the result will either be charged to the credit card or returned either at the pursers desk or with a check through the mail.
