Specialty Dining Pkg. on Brilliance

We're doing the 3 night specialty dining package on the Brilliance. So

do we just repeat one of the restaurants, i.e. Chops or Giovannis? or

do they consider Izumi to be one of the choices?

As far as I know, Izumi is included in one of the choices.  If the Izumi is "A la Carte" they will give you something around a $35 or $40 credit towards your final bill.

Ok, not my husband's favorite but we'll probably try it. Wonder if we could

You can do the same restaurant every night if you wish, no added $$$ needed.

Giovanni`s or Chops on Brilliance of the Sea, which do you like better?

If you're looking for a good steak or lamb chops, then Chops.

But if you  love pasta and a more varied entree, then Giovannis.

 

But I haven't been to either for a couple years, so will have to

look at menus carefully. We'll do both on our upcoming Brilliance cruise.

 

Not even sure if Chops has lamb chops anymore.  The sides at

Chops are excellent.

Giovanni's has an excellent filet if steak is important.  I think the rest of the menu has more options than Chops.

Thank you, our first time on RC.  We did specialty dining on  Celebrity and it was wonderful so hoping for the same experience.

We really enjoyed chops and Giovanni’s on brilliance both was excellent, was disappointed in Izumi which we normally love, this was two years ago.

We will be on the Brilliance for the first time next month.  On our other Royal cruises, we have enjoyed Giavonni's (or Jamie Olivers) and Izumi and Chops on each of them.  When a ship had Sabor or 150 Park or Wonderland, they also were great.  We also have never been disappointed with a dinner in the MDR.
