Southern Caribbean Cruise on Freedom of the Seas

We'll be cruising from San Juan to Curacao, Aruba, St. Thomas, St. Kitts.....looking for some good tours to do on islands, ship, and wondering how the seas were.  I know Aruba is always windy ....were the seas rough anywheres?   Thanks in advance

Seas weren't bad in December, some rocking but nothing disruptive.  Curacao - we rented a car from Celestino at Advance Car Rental http://www.advancecarrentalcuracao.com/.  I would highly recommend as there was so much to explore on this island.  Aruba - Blackstone Treasures UTVs through ABC Tours.  https://abc-aruba.com/.  St Thomas is always a beach day for us whether we stay on St Thomas or take the ferry over to St Johns. St Kitts - when we visited we did a tour which was hit and miss partly because of our assigned driver, but it was a nice way to see the island.  If we were to go back I think I'd do a resort for the day.
