HRHMadonna Posted January 30, 2019 #1 Share Posted January 30, 2019 Can anyone tell me if the aft balcony doors on the Royal Princess can be opened so that you can share your balcony space with an adjacent cabin. When cruising with friends we normally book standard balconies and have the room steward open the doors so we can have breakfast and cocktail hour on the balcony with our friends. We are considering moving up to deluxe balconies on the aft of the ship...But only if the balcony doors can be opened. Thank you! cruisingthomas Posted January 31, 2019 #2 Share Posted January 31, 2019 We were on the Royal last year in an Aft balcony. And yes, you can have the doors between balconies opened. Just ask your Room Stewart when you get there.

paul929207 Posted January 31, 2019 #4 Share Posted January 31, 2019 Some of them may be part of the fire wall and not open.

chamima Posted January 31, 2019 #6 Share Posted January 31, 2019 I think it's the middle two cabins. If you look at a deck plan the two cabins with the white space between the balconies are the ones that can't be opened.
