Yes, we stayed there 2 nights after our Transatlantic on the Star. This was in October before the hurricane damage. However, a Westin hotel is high quality and you would be very comfortable there. It is located away from anything so a rental, taxi or tour could be in order.

If you are referring to the Westin, Cypress Creek DH and I stayed there in Oct 2004 before our Coral Panama Canal cruise. It's about 20 minutes from the airport/pier - very nice, quiet and comfortable. We stayed 1 night, I'll try to answer any questions you might have. ;)
