Tampa transfers and rental cars

We are on the Brilliance OTS in April.  We return April 29 and then will spend a few days in St. Pete Beach.  We need to get a rental car for 3 days.  Any info on rental cars near the port with return to the airport or transfers to the airport to get a rental car there would be helpful.

Avis and Hertz have hotel locations close to the port, and Enterprise has a location close enough for a pick up.  If you get a better deal renting from the airport an Uber from the port is about $15
