How do I contact maître D on grandeur to make a specific table request for 2.

You may want to try calling unless you're looking for a specific table. I called last night to have my on-board booking invoice emailed to me and the rep offered to make a reservation for a table for two.

Our TA always requests table size on our booking, and it is always honored.

The rcldining email is for traditional (fixed) dining.  For My Time, you tell the MTD host onboard.

We have my time dining reserved at 6pm on Symphony. I just saw a post about how one couple was seated in a hallway, certainly not ideal. Can we go to the dining room when we board and choose a table and request it each night?

Yes, and they will try to accommodate you.  It would help if you pick the same time each evening.

Yes, we did make reservations for the same time. Can we actually walk around the DR to look for a table or do we just let them choose?

The dining room is open when you board, you can walk around and look for a table, but you may want to speak to the MTD host first to determine what is available.
