Shuttles from EWR to Cape Liberty

Are there shuttles from the airport to the port?  I know my other options are the cruise transfers or Uber.

No shuttles from Newark Airport to Cape Liberty. Cruise transfers, Uber/Lyft, taxi, or car service are the only options.
