Broadway shows on Celebration

We were on the Explorer last summer and were very disappointed with the shows: too loud, brash, noisy. Performers shouting so much to be heard over the music that it became tuneless.

We are on the Celebration this summer. Does anyone know if the shows will follow their more traditional format, or have they also been 'upgraded'?

They are more the west end type shows but sorry to say not so good as in the past think it depends on the CD but we are oldies and do not enjoy the more modern performances, they do however work hard. We were on last September.

Last time we were on the Celebration the music in the theatre was just as loud and brash. We and many other mentioned it to the CD.  He made a rude comment about it being an age thing with us. 

 

The loud music really spoilt the whole experience for many.  We actually stopped going to the shows because of this, not that it mattered too much as we had seen most of the shows before but with different show teams.

Celebration can't put on some of the new shows as the Discoveries/ Explorer so they are still putting on the old faithfulls We always go upstairs so haven't found them to loud but the standard of singers particularly male has fallen IMO
