We have used them for years.  Did you know that you can recoup your fees paid when cancelling a cruise, on another one you book in the future?  We have a cruise coming up and we got the $100 back that we paid for cancelling an earlier cruise.  I think that's really fair.

 

I hate the new site format too.  Very awkward.  Why does everyone have to "fix" things and make them worse?
