Harmony Of Seas - Charged for Towels

Returned from HOS but did not look at the onboard spending until today as our trip continued after the cruise, noticed that they charged us $50 for 2 towels on the last but one day of the cruise. We definitely returned all towels and gave our card to towel station each time, although they were sometimes quite lapse -  I am very aggrieved at this charge. 

Take care when returning your towels.

I would call & dispute the charge! They may not do anything post cruise but, I would try. If you are calm & nice they just might credit you back. Worth a shot!

should be pretty easy to get the charge reversed.

Happened to us  one time too.  I just called and told them they were incorrect and they removed the charge....

 

I believe it happened one day when the scanner was “broken” when we returned our towels and they were handwriting the numbers.

 

I had a feeling that was never going to work!!

we check out 1 set of towels and then exchange them for fresh instead of returning and rechecking out.

 

this way there is only 1 chance of a mistake instead of 6+

Just had the same problem on the Vision at New Years.  Ken's got the right advice.  I called post cruise customer care and, in about a week, the charges were reversed.  

 

I still lament Royal's towel procedures.  It's a bit of a pain.
