Does anyone know if there are boat tours available in Dover. I found one website for the white cliff boat tours but it says CLOSED.

maybe it was  the time of day you were looking  some sites may say closed  but it could  be local time Business hours

Yes, there are boat tours in Dover and as LHT28 says, it's probably 'closed' due to timing (open at 9.30 GMT). There may not be tours this time of year as well (although the weather here is fabulous at the moment). But I'm sure you can still contact them to book something for later on. Two companies are White Cliffs Tours and Dover Sea Safaris.
