Question for Bonnie Regarding Victoria BC tour times

Hi Bonnie,  as requested I have started a new thread about the whale watching trip that is now scheduled at a time before we arrive in port. We are due to do the trip at 8.30am but don’t arrive in port until 1.30pm.

 

Due to work schedules and time zone differences I haven’t been able to get hold of anyone on the phone.

 

Your help would be greatly appreciated to solving this mystery.

Have you managed to get an answer for this question.

 

Another question. I had a message from a call centre and they said to ring back. They didn't leave a number to ring them and it didn't come from an Australian number but one from the UK. It was about some post cruise activities we could do.

Hi Anita, no I haven’t heard back yet.

Re. the call, I can’t imagine our UK office is cold-calling West Australia! You should reach out to our Australia office and ask them if they know anything.
