CostaEuropa?

Has anyone sailed with Costa? My partner and I have booked a June eastern Med trip on the Europa (we were sorta talked into it). Any ideas about what we can expect of the ship itself? Is Costa gay friendly? Thanks!

I hope you & your bf enjoy teh Europa as much as I did when it was the Homeric under Home Lines, & then the Westerdam under HAL, She sails well & the size of teh ship is ideal... She is an older ship - so no grand atrium etc -

 

I sailed with Costa on the Victoria, Romantica, Atlantica & Classica & enjoyed it each time - this was all before Carnivorization of the Costa product. I never had a problem with teh crew or passengers.....you'll find a more live & let live air aboard....teh Italians know how to live well.
