E DOCS No Problem

I had seen many posts in the past where people were having problems getting their E DOCS .  I was afraid of having to go through all that.  We are doing the 16 day Hawaii cruise from San Diego on April 13th.  Today I got e mail notice from Holland America that my DOCS are ready.  To my surprise it was very easy and I completed them in no time.  So now just have to wait.  Think I will start packing !!!!

Love getting the Doc’s we are leaving April 7th, packing starts for us next week.  Time will fly until we depart.

I had not even thought of it but same here. I was a bit worried as I had wrestled with the new website a few times during booking but the e doc process was amazingly painless. Whoever is in charge of e docs needs to be put in charge of fixing the website's "eccentricities."

HAL seems to be improving its website little by little.  I have noticed that the Edocs are now easier to fill out than in the past (for one thing).
