Devo1459 Posted March 4, 2019 #1 Share Posted March 4, 2019 We are sailing on the Vista Aug 24th in a Cabana. If we want to go to the Havana pool area right after boarding and rooms aren’t ready can we still access the Havana area? I’m assuming they place our Havana access bracelets in the room. Anyone have experience with this. Thank you.
figdu Posted March 4, 2019 #2 Share Posted March 4, 2019 Your boarding pass will show that you have a Havana room.
bjd2 Posted March 4, 2019 #3 Share Posted March 4, 2019 Bracelets are in your room. Enjoy!
Rare crewsweeper Posted March 4, 2019 #4 Share Posted March 4, 2019 Until you get your S&S cards, there's no way of knowing you are in a Havana cabin.. Your S&S cards will be in the "mailbox" just outside your cabin. You may find the Cabana passageway open as Diamonds and Platiums and FTTFs staying in those cabins have early access. On our Horizon cruise the door was open.
JaniceB Posted March 4, 2019 #5 Share Posted March 4, 2019 Sounds like anyone can tour the Havana area on embarkation until the rooms open up.
Jenny in TX Posted March 4, 2019 #6 Share Posted March 4, 2019 We went by our room and grabbed our cards from the mailbox. There was a sticker on our card that showed we had a Havana room, so we had no problem getting access to the area. We loved the Havana area! Enjoy!!
lcpagejr Posted March 4, 2019 #7 Share Posted March 4, 2019 (edited) When we cruised on Vista about 15 months ago and stayed in a Havana cabin ..Carnival had an employee at entrance door to havana pool area on embarkation day and each day after. You could go to the Havana bar...but no access to Havana pool area until after 7pm unless you are a Havana passenger Edited March 4, 2019 by lcpagejr

They wanted to know if they could access the area upon embarkation even if their Havana Cabana cabin was not ready.
