LynnTTT Posted March 8, 2019 #1 Share Posted March 8, 2019 (edited) We are booked for the world tour in 2020. One option to "personalize" includes reserving a sunbed (really a chaise lounge) for 560 Euro for the length of the cruise. Basically a reserved chair, in an adult area, every day from 8-6. Will the ship reserve out all these chairs? Does this mean I may never get a chance to lay on deck in a lounge chair during a 112 day cruise? Anyone have experience with this? greg2014 Posted March 8, 2019 #2 Share Posted March 8, 2019 I think that like on other Costa ships they have dedicated area the reservation - small part of the entire ship. I was on Deliciosa approx. 2 years ago and remember that it was close to aft - not directly near pools. You will certainly find place for sunbathing without any reservation and fee. Thanks for the clarification. I do worry that Costa seems to charge for everything, including water! We booked from the US so we get bottled water at meals at least, But I've never heard of a cruise charging for chairs!
