Worldwide Annual Policy for UK Pax

All the UK annual policies I’ve seen for worldwide cruise cover and declaring my Type 2 Diabetes seem expensive. We’re not too bothered about the traditional add on’s you get under cruise insurance like missed port, cabin containment, loss of excursion etc but want to be sure we’re covered for at sea medical evacuation. Are there UK policies that just cover say medical and cancellation only? Otherwise, any recommendations for reasonably priced annual policies?

I just used Go Compare when I googled UK cruise insurance, my DH is recovering from skin cancer so I would suggest like me,  you find a policy/company you like or thro your credit card co etc and call them. Explain your circumstances and they will often tailor make. It's often worth the few pounds extra for peace of mind. Hth
