Is there a difference between using internet via the internet cafe and buying one of the internet packages?

 

From what I can tell, there are computers in the cafe.  Can you use one without buying one of the internet packages?

There is no difference. If you use the computers in the internet cafe you still need to log on to the internet using your package.

You need to purchase a package to use the computers in the Internet cafe. They are not free. Cheapest is a buck per minute. Assume it will cost a minute to logon.
