Last minute shuttle question

We are staying at the Country Inn & Suites in Port Canaveral on Saturday night 3/23. We depart on The Oasis OTS on Sunday. I called to reserve the hotel shuttle to the port and all that is available is 12:30 (for eight). What are our (earlier) other economical options to get from hotel to ship - Uber, Lyft, or am I missing something or someone?

Is the hotel shuttle included?  If it's not an additional cost, what's wrong with 12:30?
