Is Champagne bar included on Open Bar cruise

Just wondering if the champagne is included as part of the open bar on NCL Sun?

If it costs $15 or less, it’s included.

Only Prosecco is included.  In the main dining room they may substitute the crappy sparkling they give away at game shows.  It isn’t on any wine lists and imo is not drinkable. 

 

 On my cruise last month on the Jewel - after I ordered Prosecco and received the free stuff two nights in a row, I asked specifically for Prosecco and was told the dining rooms don’t have it.  

 

Then to my surprise, a glass of Prosecco appeared and I had no problem receiving what I ordered the remainder of the 12 day cruise.
