I'm sure this has been posted before, but I can't seem to find the answer right now and don't remember from my last Princess cruise. Can reservations for Sabatini's be made prior to sailing? Thanks.

no they can not, you need to phone when you get on board

or you can take a walk to the entrance of Sabatini's. There should/will be a staff person on duty taking reservations. They also should have a list of the various nights menu's for the main dining room so if there is a particular night you would rather miss (like French, or whatever it's called now or Italian) you can make your reservation for that night.

When you get to your stateroom, just give the restaurant a call. They'll set you up. But don't wait too long!
