Where is your preferred meeting place on Riviera for people joining you for a private tour?

Is there a difference when you are in a tender port?

This is my first time to organize private tours for our trip in June and want it to be as smooth as possible for us all.

Thank you in advance.

On the Marina, we were asked by the meet and greet coordinator on shore to meet in Red Ginger for our groups that were taking tenders.   We usually ended up meeting around the circular seats in the main reception area right before you go down the hall to Red Ginger.  It was never crowded or busy.   We could then just walk down the hall to the stairs leading down to tender or to the theater where they were giving out tender tickets.

In a port where the ship Docks, the gangway will be in the Embarkation lobby.  We generally meet in Martinis which will be closed but has comfy seating.

For Tender ports, read currents to find out which elevator bank will connect to the Tender Dock, and meet at a public room on a higher deck which is convenient to those elevators.
