Saman Posted April 3, 2019 #1 Share Posted April 3, 2019 I am just starting to do our checkin on the app ,and i notice all our birth dates are a day before the correct date ,should i leave them as they are ,correct them or contact them about it. I will contact call center we booked direct ,have looked on my paperwork and no birthdate on there only comes up on the app .I am wondering if its something to do with age at day of travel ,that they make you of age a day before birthday. I would call and make sure they have birth dates correct, and that your C&A number is properly registered for your cruise. Glad they're showing correct on the website but definitely double check that's what they have when you call as it could impact so many things and you don't want it to impact check-in!
