MSC Call Center...I see complaints..thought I would share

Just called them, it took maybe 5 minutes from first dial to upgrade the Easy Package to the Premium Package to finished....Gal said her name was Leslie...she handled everything perfectly, already have the confirmation E Mail....

I will be fair, if this is something that they can do on the computer, they are usually pretty fast and good. 

But if you need something from the back office? Good luck with that.

We called MSC today. We are going to be in the YC. We got right through to one of the most gracious representatives of any cruise line we have spoken with. Our experience was outstanding.
