Sheffie Posted January 22, 2006 #3 Share Posted January 22, 2006 Eric, I have a personal list that I have made after reading other lists such as one that cruise diva has made. Use her name with a dot com and you can find it. Calgon also has one. http://www.geocities.com/calgon1/ Just remember that what they suggest are not things that everyone will want/need. Have fun planning! Oh, I see that Clubber just posted one. Just some thoughts: you can wear shorts/tops for more than one day. I take 2-3 swimming suits. No one likes to put on a wet suit! Pack one or 2 pants, and then tops to match. No one really cares if you have worn something before! You will not be changing clothes 2 or 3 times a day like on The Love Boat! You can always get new t-shirts at your ports of call. (They are great to have when you get home.) If you are travelling with a companion, put half of your clothes in their suitcase and half of theirs in yours. That way if, heaven forbid, one suitcase doesn't make it, you will still each have something to wear! Pack a change of clothes, swimsuit, etc. in your carry-on along with all your valuables, just in case NONE of your suitcases makes it to the cruise! I have known of this happening to people. We also take one of our formal outfits apiece (incl. accessories/ shoes) in a garment bag as a carryon. I am anal. I have a list that even tells me which carry-on to put things in! Have fun planning. Oh, here is the short list: half the clothes, twice the money!
