Bliss cabins near waterfront

I’m looking to book the Bliss for February school vacation , but lots of balconies are on the same  floor as the waterfront. Are they noisy at night?

If you are next to the pub, yes. If you are over the theater, anytime there is a show or rehearsal, yes. 

 

BTW: there are balconies on Decks 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 also. In fact, a very tiny number of balconies are on Deck 8.

The mini suites with large balconies forward should be quiet on deck 8
