How can you find out how many nights you have credits for ??

Login to your Carnival web site account, on the home page roll your cursor over the "Manage" option and then select "VIFP Club". That will take you to the page showing your loyalty status.

Just to add on to the excellent, concise answer joepeka gave:

 

In case you want to see a list of your total Carnival cruises for which you got credit: click on the "My Cruises" tab once you have followed his instructions.  If you don't see all your cruises there (there is a "View All Past Cruises" option at the bottom of the list if you have a lot of cruises), you can contact Carnival to get credited for a missing cruise.  There is a protocol for doing so.
