Email address for Casino Royale ?

Hello, does anyone have an email address for Casino Royale please, I can only find a telephone number?

 

I have a query and as I am in the UK the cost to call them will be quite expensive and as its a quick points query, it will be a lot easier to email them.  

 

As an aside question - I just made Prime (at the end of March 2019) for the coming 12 months, and I understand from he Casino Host that will mean I will get a free inside cabin cruise.  Can someone please explain the procedure to claim the cruise, do I wait for them to send me the certificate for the free cruise, or does it appear on the casino royale page where my onboard cruise certificates are held?  I don't want to lose the free cruise because I dont know how to claim it and like the onboard cruise certificates, it may be time limited.

I was told that the free cruise should appear on the clubroyale offers website, but I haven't seen it. They did say it might take a week or two after the first of April for it to appear, but it hasn't yet for me.

 

I was Prime in the last period too, and just called them to book the free cruise, it can be for pretty much any 8 night or less cruise except in major holiday periods (and possibly on the newest ships?). I'm also overseas so didn't really want to phone to book it but once I had worked out the cruise I wanted it didn't take long for them to sort it and it wasn't too expensive.

 

That email address is correct though and they are usually pretty quick to respond and always very helpful.

It will appear on the clubroyale page, they will not send you a certificate. You do not have to rush to book the cruise, it will be available to use through March 2020. I just spoke to them yesterday, and they said "we are expecting them to be available early next week." I said okay... not thinking that it was Sunday. So I am not sure if they meant this week, or actually next week.

That is not the Prime cruise, that is just another offer.

The  free cruise for Prime, Signature, and Master members aren’t available yet.  Hopefully they’ll be available by the end of this week.

Which thread? I have the offer, but did not receive the email. My other half received the email, but it was for a different code than mine. (didnt spend as much time on the ships as I did.)

 

I don't want to call Royal and have them list each cruise. LOL I'm sure the agents don't want me to call and ask them to do that either.

Is the best way to get a free cruise by playing the pokies or the tables mate?

I generally play the Pokies, you need to put a decent amount in to get prime, around 12000USD but if you can find the right machines that pay a decent return.

Once again, there is no list for the free annual cruise.  You can pick any cruise on any ship you’d like that doesn’t exceed 8 days and isn’t over a holiday.  Casino Royale has offers throughout the year when there is a list.  The list you’re referring to is the Summer Sizzle offer.  These shouldn’t be confused with the free annual cruise for Prime, Signature and Master members.

My post was not in reference to the annual Prime cruise.  It was in response to the 2019 Casino Tax Bonus Offer

The poster was not referring to that list either. It is completely different than the Tax bonus list, which they were referring to.

I booked my free Prime cruise this morning. I did have to wait on Hold for about 15 minutes, but then she was able to quickly book my cruise.
