Has anyone taken this shore excursion yet? I use a wheelchair and I'm wondering if the ship's shuttle bus can stow my collapsible chair.

Thanks,

Connie

You may also want to consider asking your question on the Ports Of Call forum.

You can always call Celebrity and ask to speak with someone in the shore excursion dept.

Thanks for the advice. I called yesterday and a very helpful lady gave me the info I need. FYI, yes, the shuttle bus can accommodate me and my wheelchair!

Connie,

Another forum you might want to research is the Disabled Cruise Travel forum at https://boards.cruisecritic.com/forum/114-disabled-cruise-travel/. That's where cruisers with physical limitations share their advice & experiences.

Hope this will be helpful!

Wow .... thanks so much!

You are most welcome! 😁

I see in one of your other posts you are sailing June 16 on Summit. If that is 2019, click here https://boards.cruisecritic.com/topic/2541529-bermuda-june-16-2019/ for your Roll Call thread titled Bermuda, june 16, 2019.

Take good care of the Summit for me when you cruise! I will be sailing her again in April next year to the Southern Caribbean.

Glad to be of service,

Kat 🐱

You're welcome. We will be doing the New England/Canada 14 night cruise on the Summit 8 September 2019. Looking forward to it as this will be our first time for this itinerary.

The Aquarium is quite close to the docks in Boston so I would think a taxi wouldn't cost a lot if that would be easier for you.  It's a great aquarium so hope things work out for you.

Thanks for this info.
