Rare MistyRo76 Posted April 13, 2004 #1 Share Posted April 13, 2004 Don't know if this has been mentioned or not....but I thought I would throw it out there. Shout stain remover makes these great Shout Wipes that are great for traveling and they also do a great job of removing stains. It never fails, that I always manage to get lipstick or deorderant or I just spill some of my drink of the day at least once during a cruise, so they are really handy to have around. Ladies, they will fit in your purses, so you wouldn't even have to leave the fun. lephysteria Posted April 14, 2004 #5 Share Posted April 14, 2004 What a great idea! Now my trial sized Zout can stay home. It leaks, which explains why it's in a zip-lock baggie. Thanks for the tip! IBEEMOM Posted April 14, 2004 #6 Share Posted April 14, 2004 For those of you that might want to do laundry onboard, might want to take a couple of dryer sheets along. The take no room and make the clothes smell nice. Also a couple of snack zip bags with pre-measured detergent are less expensive than the packages sold on the ship. Lady_K Posted April 14, 2004 #7 Share Posted April 14, 2004 Adding to Ibeemom's suggestion about the detergent... I'd suggest bringing packs of the detergent tablets instead of baggies of measured powder detergent. Much less messy. Although I have had a hard time finding the tablets lately. Hope they are still making them.
