We just got our confirmation of upgrade from interior to veranda on the February 19, 2023 Reflection sailing. We bid the minimum $150 per person. My sister also got her same upgrade. I don’t know if there is some sort of form I can fill out for this thread. If you let me know, I’ll be happy to fill in details.

I made an offer for a Concierge for the minimum, which was a weak offer, but there is a lot of open concierge cabins on the sailing, and only 1 open Aqua Class Cabin. 

Checked the Celebrity App and noticed I have a new room assignment: Concierge on deck 12. 
Never notified my bid was accepted, my bid was the minimum $100.

There was a $100 charge, I was expecting to be charged for 2 passengers as I was initially in a solo infinity veranda.

My guess would be if they charged you , you got the move up.
