Cellular service by HMS Vixen?

Just wondering if anyone knows if there is cellular service by the shipwreck.

It's a POI in a location based game (sort of like Pokemon GO). I'm thinking of taking a glass bottom boat ride which I believe visits there. 

Not sure if the rest of my party are interested in the boat ride, but I'll definitely be interested in doing it by myself if I can also play my little location based game... I'll be using Google FI which uses T-Mobile's roaming I believe.

Its not far off shore so I would assume you would get a cell signal. You can also rent small Boston Whalers that you pilot yourself to get out to Vixen.
