Couple of Random Last Minute Qs...

We're on the NCL Sun and will be in Havana in about10 days.  Here's a couple of last minute Qs I thought someone might be able to answer:

--How long did it take you to get through customs and currency exchange?  We are supposed to dock at 8 am and are meeting our food tour near Plaza Veja at 10.

--Did you need insect repellant?

--Did anyone find a good restaurant / bar within walking distance of the cruise terminal that we could go to in the evening?  Looking for outside seating, music, good food.  Prices?

--Looking for a piece of original local art.  Anyone know the best place to go?  Prices?

Thanks

just back from Norwegian Sky to Cuba.  Getting through customs took no time at all at about 8:15a.  Money exchange also had no line at that time last Tuesday--may depend on how many ships in port on different days.  If you can take a cab to Vista Mar Paladar---best meal and right on the ocean.  We had lunch at O'Reillys --304 O'Reilly Street--also excellent food, but no outdoor seating or music at least at lunch.  All food was very cheap--less than $20pp with drinks at $3-5.  Took insect repellent but didn't need it --even at Tropicana where I thought it might be buggy.
