Promotions when booking

Have booked many cruises on NCL - gotten their promos..SDP's  port credits  internet  beverage pkges , etc.

On this next cruise , chose my 3 promos. myBeverage/ Dinners/ internet. Leaving out Port excursion credit.. All done

I now booked my excursions and got my Lattitude discount- paid in full..

Yesturday I got an email stating I can add a 4th promo Port credit.

Considering excursions are Paid Full..will this then be an onboardcredit of $50..

When you use the port credit, it is given to you as OBC after you go on the excursion (usually that evening).

Also, I am pretty sure the $50 OBC credit you receive through the excursion credit perk is non-refundable OBC. 

 

A practice I use is call the Excursion number, pre-book the excursions but don't make payment.  You will still get your % discount for your latitudes level.  The excursions are then charged to your onboard account.  That way you won't run of the risk of wasting OBC.  I usually have $1k+ in OBC and need stuff to spend on so I don't waste the non-refundable OBC.
