GS 8, and GD 14 are not blood relatives. Would be too uncomfortable and we wouldn't even consider it.

I do think it's sad that the other grandparents decided to cancel. IMO when a marriage/ partnership breaks down the kids need theirs grandparents even more.   

The other set of grandparents are good people and very supportive of the kids. Don't get down on them too hard. Other issues involved to cause them to cancel this time around.
