gocubsgirl Posted May 21, 2019 #1 Share Posted May 21, 2019 Hi, our Millennium cruise starts this Friday and I wonder from those of you who just went on the Alaskan cruise on our ship... is there any need to pack a swimsuit? Indoor pool? Hot tubs that are on this time of year? Thanks!
Rare Jim_Iain Posted May 21, 2019 #2 Share Posted May 21, 2019 Depends on you desire for a soak. The indoor adults only pool is heated and often opened for a couple hours a day for families with children. There are also indoor hot tubs in this area. mrsgoggins Posted May 21, 2019 #3 Share Posted May 21, 2019 On the Eclipse Alaska cruise that ended on 19 May there were definitely times when people were in the main pool and/or sunbathing. We were lucky, but it was a similar story the last time we cruised Alaska in May four years ago, so I’d pack one and hope for the best.

That's exactly what I was looking for. 🙂
Gimpy McFarlan Posted May 22, 2019 #5 Share Posted May 22, 2019 I’m on the Millie cruising Alaska as I type this. People have been using both pools (indoor and outdoor). Outdoor is in use if it is sunny and we are docked with no wind. Outdoor hot tubs have been used too.
Tourist1292 Posted May 22, 2019 #6 Share Posted May 22, 2019 We just came back from Alaska a few days ago. It was 60s outdoors that my daughters were in the hot tub outside two days.
