Booked a private tour in Nassau. What to see?

We’ve got a private tour booked in Nassau for 2 of us and will let our guide make suggestions on what to see but I’d also like opinions of what not to miss.  We’ve scheduled 4 hours and aren’t interested in any beach time but wine/liquor tasting would be great.

The Queen's Staircase, Fort Fincastle, Government House.  Graycliff Hotel is a beautiful old historical hotel that also houses a chocolate factory and shop and a cigar factory.  Right across the street from Graycliff is Bahama Barrels, which I think has a wine tasting.  Not far from Graycliff is John Watling's Rum Distillery.  All of those things are right in town.  Maybe a drive by of Atlantis on Paradise Island or a stop to see the glass sculptures in the casino?
