Casino in Bermuda/ Somers Isles and Grand Turck Bars

In the Open Casinos on/in ships which pay the Fee (s) do the Beverage / Bars stay open too for the Casino Players/Payers?

 

Going to Board a Carnival Ship being renamed as well getting a new God Mother, R/T NYC, NY then this Older revamped/renamed ship will have Gambling allowed in both Scheduled Ports of Call.

Yet I am not able to find the answerabout open bars/beverages while / whilst in Port.
